24-Hour Emergency shelter and crisis intervention for women and their children experiencing domestic violence offers Transitional and Housing Support Program (THSP) assists abused women in securing housing, social services, legal and counselling services in order to live in a violent-free environment 24-hour crisis line support groups offered for children who witness domestic violence in the home transportation can be provided to the shelter if needed

Outreach programs include: Grief Share is a continuous support group for individuals coping with the loss (death) of a loved one, call for times Bible Study on Wednesdays 7 pm (Sep-Jun) Adult Craft on Thursdays 10 am-12 noon Prayer Meetings on Fridays 5:30 pm

Youth Addictions

Provides trauma informed therapy for individuals and couples; specializing in eating disorders, trauma and abuse

Support Groups

Structured weekly home visits that delivers a curriculum based on the needs of children to become school-ready home visitors deliver books and curriculum activities directly to parents, who then work 15 to 20 minutes a day with their own children

Community Mental Health Centers

Support for trauma victims offers resources and information for trauma survivors grants available: helps cover the cost of physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and other rehabilitative services

Support Groups

Individual and family grief support throughout palliative phase of illness * post-death follow-up available to link with community supports

Inpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, including co-occurring illnesses, mood and anxiety disorders (depression, stress, anxiety), eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia), post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders and dementias in older adults, and persistent mental illness.Programs and services include Assessment and Stabilization Unit, Crisis, Community Outreach and Support Program, Community Addiction Services (outpatient), Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT), programs for uniformed professionals and health care professionals.Additional services: organizational wellness, employee and family assistance programs, assessments, outpatient and inpatient treatment, recovery management, return to work, and family support services customized to meet the specialized needs of individuals and organizations.

In-patient care to individuals struggling with substance use including alcohol, drug and prescription medication addictions. Based on the goals of abstinence and behavioural change, services incorporate mental health, occupational groups and life-stage issues (uniformed professionals, healthcare professionals, young adults, older adults.)Also offers treatment for co-occurring illnesses, such as addiction / PTSD and addiction / mood and anxiety disorders.Service is provided in phases: Assessment, Detoxification and Stabilization; Recovery; and Aftercare and Relapse Prevention.
