Volunteer-led Chapter provides help and hope to families in the Niagara region who are affected by Huntington disease (HD) including organizing events to raise awareness and funds to support those living with HD.

Provides information and education about the nature and progression of Huntington"s Disease and care strategies through individual and family consultations, group information meetings and provision of written materials and web resources Provides short term counselling to address the emotional and practical adjustments to living with Huntington"s Disease, the impact on relationships and daily living, communication within the family, behavioral issues and safety plans, support systems and future planningProvides information about community resources available to help meet specific individual needs and the process to access these resourcesParticipates as a member of the local Huntington"s Disease Clinics

Individual Counselling, Psychoeducation, Family Based Treatment, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Support for parents/partners, treatment groups. Advocacy and support in navigating the spectrum of services available to those diagnosed with an eating disorder. Parental involvement strongly encouraged for adolescents. Support Groups

Drop-in group for adult stroke survivors and caregivers in Stratford and surrounding areas. Through education and peer support, members will be empowered to improve their health and well-being.

Outreach Eating Disorder Program provides:The Eating Disorders Program provides treatment for presenting concerns related to: Anorexia nervosa Binge eating disorder Disordered eating behavioursTherapy is provided by a Registered Social Worker. In affiliation with the London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program at LHSC.Appointments available in Listowel as well as Stratford.

Online booking through Provincial Vaccine Booking System for first, second or booster doses HERE or by calling 1-833-943-3900(open 7 days a week, 8 am-8 pm).
