Group Therapy: Treatment and Counselling Focus is to improve a child/youth"s self-esteem and emotional regulation by helping them understand the feelings they are experiencing and developing effective coping strategies locations: Halton Hills, Oakville, Milton and Burlington children/youth attend once a week, 4 pm-6:30 pm possible diagnosis/query: ADHD, ADD, Anxiety, OCD, LD, Depression parent/caregivers are encouraged to attend the Family Support Program which offers support and skills building including information and strategies to work with their child"s social/emotional and behavioural challenges; and effective ways of connecting with the school system Group Therapy: School-Focused Treatment and Counselling For clients/youth between Grade 1 and Grade 8 who are experiencing significant and pervasive emotional, social or behavioural needs that are impacting the school setting despite in-school supports locations: Halton Hills, Milton and Burlington children/youth attend once a week, 12 noon-2:30 pm possible diagnosis/query: ADHD, ADD, Anxiety, OCD, LD, Depression program requires partnership and collaboration with the school and the family starting at the referral level and throughout treatment parents/caregivers participate in Family Support Group and individual meetings with Child Youth Family Counsellor

Provides a range of free mental health services for children and youth from birth to 17, as well as their families Crisis Line provides immediate support for children and youth, their parents/caregivers, and community members Programs and services include: Aberdeen House: co-ed live-in treatment program for youth ages 12 to 15 Access and System Navigation: one point of access for those who require information or services from a community-based mental health agency in Halton Autism and Behavioural Services: delivered by therapists with experience providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth Coordinated Service Planning: supports families who are involved with multiple services Danielle"s Place: offers groups that promote body confidence for female-identifying and non-binary youth ages 8 to 16 (and their siblings) EarlyON Child and Family Centres: programs encourage children"s social, emotional and developmental milestones and opportunities for growth Nelson Youth Centres: group treatment and counselling for children in grades 1 to 8 Queer@ROCK: prevention-based programming and supports for 2SLGBTQIA+ children, youth, and families ROCK Hubs: integrated virtual and in-person services and supports, increased access to mental health, and early intervention and prevention services Virtual Walk-in Clinic: provides quick access to a single-session therapeutic conversation that focuses on immediate issues Other ROCK offices in Halton include: Acton, Georgetown, Milton and Oakville

Youth Addictions

Individual Counselling: I support individuals dealing with challenges such as anxiety, addictions, anger management, depression, divorce/separation, eating disorders, gender identity, low self-esteem, loneliness, teenage issues and other life stressors. Couples Counselling: I assist couples struggling with affairs, communication difficulties, family pressures, intimacy issues, inter-racial challenges, those who are contemplating separation or divorce and other relationship conflicts. Family Counselling: I help families who are struggling with cultural changes, extended/blended family issues, life transitions, parenting concerns and other familial relationship conflicts. Post Traumatic Stress/Trauma: I support people dealing with abuse, childhood trauma, domestic violence, first responder and veteran challenges, grief, motor vehicle collisions, sudden deaths, suicide, sexual assault, tragic accidents and workplace incidents.
