EXPERIENCE PEACE, JOY AND FREE
YOURSELF FROM THE PAIN AND
TORTURE TODAY!
Finding out that the person you loved may have been abusive and narcissistic is the hardest part of it all. The betrayal, confusion, sadness and rage that may come upon you is extremely heavy, and can bring out feelings and emotions that may be very difficult to deal with alone.
If you are visiting this page, please know that you are not alone. It takes courage and bravery to get to the point of seeking help, and I congratulate you for beginning your healing journey. I have been working with Victims of Narcissistic Abuse throughout my entire career as a Registered Psychotherapist. I have been studying Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Sociopathy and Psychopathy for 15 years. I have been a victim of this cluster of personality disorder many times in my life. Today, I can tell you very clearly You can heal from this and you will!
As a therapist, I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Undiagnosed ADHD, Domestic Violence, OCD and High Anxiety, Sexual Discomfort and Sex therapy, Sociopathic Relationships, Sexual Trauma, and Child Psychology. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Self-Positive Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Mindfulness/Spirituality, BioPsychoSocial, Attachment-based, and Solutions-Focused Therapy.
Our therapy will look like this: First we will take it one session at a time. We will meet either in person or via zoom and we will talk about your pain. I sympathize with you and I validate your experience because it matters to me. I want you to know that I am a non-judgemental and committed therapist. I work outside our session and send you information that will expand your knowledge in the field and progressively, your healing will come to surface. Those wounds too shall heal. You too shall heal!
The frequency of our sessions will depend. At first, we may do weekly and then we will go into bi-weekly sessions. I work directly with incredible supervisors as an Independent Therapist. One of them is a psychologist who specializes in Psychoanalysis, Narcissistic Personality Disorder and is the kindest man I have ever met, Dr. Dino Zuccarini. I also work with an incredible supervisor who is a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Counseling Psychology Professor, Darlene Cyrus. She is a Black therapist and has taught me the important of cultural sensitivity and acceptance in all of my clients.
As you begin to heal, you will see it more and more in your life. You will suddenly see the past as something that happened to you but not who you are. You are someone who deserves the healing, you deserve better relationships in the future, the ability to recognize red flags, recognize your attachment and conflict styles, the influence of your past on your present moment. We will also learn about your relationships with the first humans you ever met (i.e., parents, siblings, family, etc.) and study those patterns. Healing is a beautiful process. It allows you to be your true self, reach your highest potential, live a life that is full of wellness and hope rather than sadness and confusion. This is my goal and my wish for you!
I consider myself an authentic therapist, and you can ask my supervisors, they will tell you about my transparency and honesty and how much they admire it. I look forward to speaking with you soon! I am here whenever you need me. I also run support groups every week on Mondays, those are available to all clients and with zero shame!
