I provide counselling and psychotherapy for children, youth, couples and families. My office is in the Centretown area. My specialization areas of practice include anxiety, depression, anger, behavioral issues, family and relationship challenges, academic and career difficulties. I am a very active therapist and I challenge my clients to develop new skills that will support their growth and assist in their coping with various mental health issues.
