Provides mental health information, tools and resources to support individuals and families during COVID-19 with low mood, worry, social isolation, substance use, and relationship issues.The online portal includes a wellness self-assessment and tracking tool, self-guided courses, coping tips for youth and adults, COVID-19 information, and as well can connect people to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals, as needed.

COVID-19: Office hours and programs have been impacted. Please call for information. Provides support services to clients with life limiting and palliative care needs, while in their home or care facility. Visiting Volunteers support clients and their caregivers through companionship by providing someone to talk with, do simple tasks such as reading, writing letters, organizing family photos. Resource materials for caregiver support are available. Services in-person (in accordance with public health guidelines), through a tele-visit program or through video conference. Bi-weekly bereavement support groups (in person or through video conference) and resources are available Care package soup and bread program is carried out monthly by volunteers, allowing a check in with isolated clients and caregivers. Legacy Program - Clients are able to tell their life story under the guidance of trained volunteers. A bound legacy booklet will be provided at the completion of the process.
