Youth Addictions
An approved Children"s Mental Health Centre operating under the Child and Family Services Act. The Centre provides a wide range of services for children from birth to eighteen and their families who reside within Oxford County and Elgin County. Services include counselling, respite programs, day treatment and an intensive support program to name a few.

Youth Addictions
An accredited children"s mental health centre that offers counselling services to children & youth 0-18. Private. Confidential. No Fee. We offer a Walk-in Clinic on Tuesday in the Woodstock office from 10 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We also offer many programs and groups. Call us directly at 1-877-539-0463. Our main office is located in Woodstock and we have satellite offices located in St. Thomas, Tillsonburg and Ingersoll.

Early Years (0-6 years) - Comprehensive assessment and interventions services to children in their home, school and community
Intensive In-Home Service (0-17 years and their families) - Brief, intensive, in-home and in-school support and intervention for families
Urgent/Crisis Service (0-17 years and their families) - Ensures a therapist is available when an urgent assessment must take place * help is also available after normal working hours for urgent telephone consultation

Worry Warriors (ages 9-12) 8-week co-ed group for children ages 9-11 experiencing difficulties with anxiety
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (ages 14-18) 16-week program for youth and support person who wants coping skills
Wellness and Beyond 360
Support Groups
Mobile seniors fitness training service. Individualized nutrition and fitness plans created based on the client"s goals, medical concerns / issues. Also offers smaller group training to promote training with friends, family and/or co-workers. Trained clinical traumatologist providing psychological trauma services to help individuals through acute trauma. Bereavement support groups.

Mental Health Counselling & Mental Health Treatment Services
Provides mental health information, tools and resources to support individuals and families during COVID-19 with low mood, worry, social isolation, substance use, and relationship issues.The online portal includes a wellness self-assessment and tracking tool, self-guided courses, coping tips for youth and adults, COVID-19 information, and as well can connect people to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals, as needed.

Wellspring Niagara Cancer Support devotes itself exclusively to the unique non-medical needs cancer presents. At Wellspring Niagara, we provide a caring community in-person and online, so anyone living with cancer, their caregiver, and family members can access vital information, meaningful support, and effective coping strategies.Offers a wide variety of free wigs, hats, and other items designed to help women and men who are living with the effects of cancer treatment.
