Promotes public awareness of osteoporosis Provides ongoing support for individuals interested in methods of risk reduction or treatment of this disease, including monthly support groups Bone Health 101 presentations for community groups, service clubs and retirement communities for those wanting to learn more about osteoporosis. Youth Addictions
The Ottawa Addictions Access and Referral Services (OAARS) is the gateway to health services needed by persons aged 16 and over who are concerned about their alcohol or drug use and need help. This service is offered in French and English.
OAARS acts as a navigator in the health care system to help its clients obtain the appropriate services. It conducts summary assessments and directs clients to services in the Ottawa area based on the needs of each person. OAARS also provides information and support services.

Youth Addictions
OCFR is a mental health centre for childhood trauma & dissociation, attachment, adoption, and high-conflict families for Ottawa and surrounding areas. We enjoy working with hard to reach, at-risk children, youth and families. We work with those struggling with disruptive behaviours, self-regulation, attachment, and sexual behaviour issues related to histories of adverse childhood experiences, complex developmental trauma, adoption related issues, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and involvement with the child welfare and/or criminal justice systems. We also work with issues related to divorce including: co-parenting, high-conflict families, and reunification.
