Adult Addictions
I provide psychotherapy for adults and seniors. I provide individual and family counseling using a Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD) and substance use. In using the SFBT approach, we are always searching for solutions instead of always talking about the problem. financial assistance for artificial limbs and various recreational devices
emotional support through programs such as Matching Mothers, regional seminars, and peer support.
Children who are missing multiple limbs may also qualify for enrolment in JUMPSTART.

Community Mental Health Centers
Early intervention services to families who have infants and young children with developmental, behavioral and/or mental health challenges developmental services provided for children up to the age of five years or school entry, and mental health services up to age six services offered in homes, in licensed child care centres and in other early childhood settings as well as at the agency office Resource Consultants provide consultation and coaching and may access support from other disciplines in agency including speech and language services, occupational therapy services, social work counselling, psychology, consultation with child care centres Seminars are open to the community and participants do not need to be currently involved with the agency Groups are offered to children, families and the larger community. These groups can be a method of treatment, a way to support the child and family, or an opportunity to connect with other parents Social Work counselling, with a focus on a child or family"s immediate need, may be available on a short-term basis through our brief service program

Drugs-Alcohol-Gambling Counselling & Mental Health Counselling
Offers family general counselling and other supportive services to families. Services include assessment of the strength and needs; referrals to community resources, and in-home services to provide assistance with parenting skills, child development, and child and adult mental health, addictions, and family conflict.

Mental Health Counselling
Offers the opportunity to meet with a counsellor for up to four (4) sessions within a two (2) month timeframe. A brief treatment plan will be developed outlining the goal of treatment, the key strategies and the outcomes to achieve the identified treatment goals.Offers a First Connection Service, whereby all clients seeking service can attend a single session of therapy within 7 days of completing their Intake.

Crisis Intervention
Offers residential treatment and counselling services in a therapeutic living environment to youth dealing with serious mental health problems. This program runs for 90 days and children are re-assessed at regular intervals to determine if a treatment extension is required. The program also assists youth to successfully transition back into their family and community.
