Youth Addictions

This walk-in clinic serves children and youth (0 to18) and their families looking to work towards a solution to a problem or concern. An appointment can be made with one or more of our counsellors to focus on behavioural, emotional and/or other mental health concerns in a collaborative, strength based process. Walk in clinic hours are on Wednesdays from 11am to 7pm. The last appointment is at 5:30pm.

Children"s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO) works to improve the mental health and well-being of children, youth and their families. * We represent and support the providers of child and youth mental health treatment services * We provide information for parents and families about signs and disorders, getting help, finding a centre, and an overview of intake tool * We provide information for children and youth about mental health, disorders, and contributing factors * We provide information for teachers about identifying and intervention, accommodations, and combating stigmas

Community Mental Health Centers

Offers parents and caregivers peer support for children with mental health needs Provides an opportunity to connect with others, feel heard, hear from others who understand, and get help navigating the child and youth mental health system May offer guest speakers on topics such as: anxiety ADHD parenting self-care
